Welcome to the Xi Lambda Chapter at Washington and Lee University! Chi Omega is the largest women’s fraternal organization in the world. For over 121 years, Chi Omegas keep its six underlying principles ever at heart: sisterhood, career development, high standards of personnel, community service, campus involvement and scholarship.

Chi Omega was one of the first three sororities established at Washington and Lee in 1989. In 27 years, we have initiated over 800 sisters who call Xi Lambda home. There are numerous accomplishments for us to proud of: from our numerous sisters involved in Alpha Phi Omega, a service fraternity, to our five Peer Counselors and having the highest GPA on campus, Chi Omegas love being a part of our campus community.

Thank you for taking a stop by Xi Lambda and we hope you’ll enjoy seeing what it’s like to be a Chi Omega!
